A Commerce Graduate from Rajasthan University in the year 1981 and a renowned personality in Shipping Industry at Indian Ports with regard to Merchant ship�s Survey work having expertise in �Draft Survey, Quantification, Loss Minimisation, Consultancy, Ship Agency and P & I Clubs� Surveys�.
He is a self propelled person and posses enormous experience of more than 20 years from previous employers about all kind of Ship Surveys, P&I surveys, Cargo supervision, Commercial Arbitrator and Shipping Agency, before establishment of Fair Surveyors and Superintendents in the year 2004.
Mr. Manish Bansal

Mr. Manish Bansal has also been accredited by various Flag Administration including the top two tonnage owners, Liberia, Panama among others such as Vanuatu, Dominica Republic, Barbados, Cambodia and appointed him to carry out various services on their behalf such as; Safety Inspections, MLC Inspection, ISM/ISPS Audits, Pre Registration Inspection, Incident Investigation etc.
He posses 15 years of shipping experience onboard merchant ships at various level and switched to shore job from the position of Chief Engineer. He has sailed on a variety of ships including Petroleum Oil Tankers (Crude, Product and OBO), Bulk Carrier and RORO vessels and also worked as Technical Superintendent with a renowned ship management company overseas.
Capt. Saurabh Shrivastava
Master Mariner (F.G., Govt. of India)
Degree in Nautical Science, he posses more than 15 years of shipping experience onboard merchant ships at various level for Ship Management and Commercial Op�ration in Oil, Bulk, and Container Sector and switched to shore job from the position of Master. He has sailed on a variety of ships including Oil Tanker, Bulk Carrier, Container carrier and offshore vessels.
He also has served as Harbour Pilot on some of Indian sea ports and having expertise in pre-vetting inspection of Oil tankers and Marine consultancy.
